MINISTRIES
Sunday School
The Coffee Class meets for fellowship on Sunday mornings in the Education Building. Other seasonal classes offer discussions on wide ranging topics and how the Christian life can be explored through different perspectives and thoughts.
Music Ministry

The choir meets on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. to practice for Sunday Worship. In the fall, preparations for the annual Christmas program begins, and the spring emphasis is on the Easter Celebration. Small choral groups and guest musicians often share their talents during the services and add to the worship experience. Everyone who loves music is welcome to join the choir which is led by Nancy Boone-Allsbrook, choir director and pianist.
Children's Ministry

There are many opportunities for children to be nurtured in the love of Christ at Morton. Children's Church and special events like Advent and Easter workshops are among the ways children participate in the life of the church.
Prayer Ministry

We believe in nurturing one another through prayer. Praying for and with each other brings the presence of God close. It is a way we support each other with the love of Christ and reminds us all that we are precious children of God. If you have a prayer need, you can email Pastor Melisa.
Crafters

Tuesday mornings at 9:00, the Education Building is full of conversation and fun for those with crafty talents - and those without! A variety of items are created with various purposes, including for distribution among different local ministries. They also host the annual Craft Fair and Trash/Treasure Sale the last weekend in September. Proceeds go toward the missions of Morton Memorial.
Wednesday Night Dinners

On the 1st and 3rd Wednesday nights, folks gather for a meal together, enjoying good food prepared by volunteers and getting to know one another in a setting other than worship. All the community are invited at 5:30 for a good meal and good fellowship!
Open AA Meetings

An open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is held Sundays at 6:30 p.m. in the Wesley House. Contact Nonie Allen for more information.
